Who runs this site

This site belongs to Logística Rivers, S.A. de C.V., a freight trucking company located at Víctor Zúñiga 927, Colonia Felipe Ángeles, Mazatlán, Sinaloa, Mexico. By using it you accept these terms; if you do not agree, please do not use it.

What it is for

The site presents our services and lets you request a quote or get in touch with our team, by email or WhatsApp. You may use it for that purpose, lawfully and without interfering with how it works.

You may not send false information or someone else’s information, try to access parts of the site that are not public, or use it to send advertising or content unrelated to a transportation request.

Quotes and service agreements

What you see on the site is general information, not a binding offer. Every quote depends on the route, the type of freight, the dates and equipment availability, and is confirmed by a member of our team.

Sending a request does not create a contract or commit us to provide the service. Transportation is agreed directly with our team and is governed by the quote you accept and by the service documents, not by this site.

The information you send us

Please make sure the details in your request are true and that you are authorized to share them. We handle them as described in our Privacy notice.

Content and brand

The Logística Rivers name and logo, and the text, photographs and images on the site, belong to the company or are used with permission. They may not be copied or used commercially without our written permission.

Third-party services

The site links to services we do not control, such as Google Maps, WhatsApp and Instagram. Each has its own terms and its own privacy policy.

We try to keep the information current and the site working well, but it may contain errors or be interrupted. We may change or remove content at any time.
